Final Inspection
Sahu has an in-house team of professional analysts who pay attention to the minute details of the garments before dispatching to the client. The analysts carry the final inspection of the quality and suggest improvements, if any, for further manufacturing processes. Apart from various checkpoints in the lines, the company has adopted a three level inspection mechanism:
Initial inspection: The analysts run a random check on the products for any discrepancy. If a fault is found, the next course of action is devised to rectify the fault immediately.
Second Inspection: The team runs a second inspection after rectification of discrepancies to make sure that the fault has been corrected.
Final Inspection: The final inspection is performed when garments are ready for delivery. The main motive of this inspection is to check the quantity and quality and confirm the same to the client and the internal departments. Final details get forwarded to the delivery department.
